Davies International was founded in 1976 by Larry Davies, as Davies Customs Agency Ltd. We are a New Zealand owned and operated International Freight Forwarders and Customs Brokers. We offer all aspects of Freight Forwarding including Air and Sea Freight both Import and Export, Customs Clearance, Logistics and Transport.
Our experience in the freight industry spans over 40 years. Over that time we have built up a world wide network that paired with our experienced staff can be trusted to give our customers the very best service.
In 2025 Transam New Zealand acquired Davies International’s operations and assets. As part of Transam, our expertise in airfreight, customs brokerage, transport, and freight forwarding will complement and strengthen Transam’s fully integrated network.
For our customers, it’s business as usual. There will be no planned changes to operations, staffing, relationships with our partners, or the service delivery you’ve come to expect.
